Terms of Service.

We accept orders over our website and via e-mail. Our products will be delivered anywhere in Prague in 2-5 days, anywhere throughout the Czech Republic – in 7 days. If you wish the products to be delivered ANYWHERE WORLDWIDE - we advise to place your order at least 12 work days prior the delivery date.
In case a gift order is placed do not forget to note down your congratulation text or any message you wish the recipient to get together with the item(s). The card is added to the item(s) free of charge. 
We deliver our products all across Prague from Monday to Sunday. Delivery charge is 5 USD per a single delivery up to 30 kg of order weight.
Products ordered for delivery outside Prague all across the Czech Republic and wordwide are delivered from Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside Prague are not performed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In this case the delivery will proceed on the nearest delivery date possible.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use PayPal system as a main payment method, which is convenient, easy-to-use, and 100% secure way of online shopping. You don’t even need a PayPal account, you can use your credit card for online payment. Payments via PayPal can be processed using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (except the American Express Corporate Card).

Also it is possible to pay:

• by bank transfer (from sum of 500 USD) onto our bank account, in advance
• cash on delivery (only in Czech Republic) – payment is also available in cash directly on place of delivery
• by INVOICE – payment by invoice is only available for a long term contractual customers or after a telephonic conversation. Bank transfer follows after sending the invoice – tax document.
  

We accept all orders when the following conditions are met:

The customer accepts and agrees on the following conditions when ordering the products delivery
1) PRAGUE-STORE.COM is not responsible for any delivery delay or cancellation if the customer informed the company of incorrect or incomplete personal data, i.e. recipient’s address or the credit card validity etc.
2) The design of some of the shipped items (vases, glasses, etc.) can be slightly different to images on the website. Each item is designed manually, and two same items can differ in fine details.
3) In case of delivery by courier and recipient‘s absence, the supplier may leave the goods with a substitute recipient (e.g. with colleagues at work). Otherwise, the supplier shall leave the ordered items at an alternate place and inform the recipient of the placement of the items. If neither of the above options is possible, the supplier shall report to the customer and try to deliver the goods the next day (day following the first delivery attempt).
In such cases, the customer commits to cover the costs of the return trip and of the second delivery attempt. Even if the recipient does not receive the goods on the second attempt, the goods are returned to supplier's stock. In case of nobody ask for the ordered items, they are released back to store, the order is cancelled and money are refunded back to customer (excluding the sum for delivery attempts). Before doing so, the supplier committs to inform the customer about this fact.

COMPLAINT

4) The customer is advised to check the delivery when the delivery is performed. No later complaints concerning the number or kind of the product delivered are relevant. Possible complaint of an inconvenient delivery, quality or damaged/broken items is only applicable within 24 hours since delivered, that is confirmed by e-mail. The complaint of damaged items should include in e-mail to the supplier the photos of broken or damaged items. The customer will receive the full refund for damaged/broken items.
5) Our company is not responsible for any delivery delay caused by strikes, natural disasters or other possible matters that cannot be influenced.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

6) PRAGUE-STORE.COM reserves the right to cancel the order in 14 days from the order date and leave the items undelivered if the payment is not performed, which means the order is incomplete and therefore the delivery is impossible.

7) Cancellation of orders by clients for items within 1-6 days shipping period is NOT POSSIBLE. 
Charges for cancellation of orders by clients for items with 7 days and more shipping period:
The amount due is deducted by 5% of a cancellation charge in case the order being cancelled by the client less than 4 days prior the planned shipping date.
The amount due is deducted by 10% of a cancellation charge in case the order being cancelled by the client less than 2 days prior the planned shipping date.

 
DATA SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT

Because the PRAGUE-STORE.COM users provide us with a personal or company information during the visit, we hereby declare, that we will safeguard the information from any misuse and follow the duties and responsibilities when processing these data provided by the website users, in compliance with the act no. 101/2000 Col., the personal information safeguarding act.

PRAGUE-STORE.COM hereby agrees that the users providing their personal information will not suffer any kind of harm to their rights in compliance with the act mentioned above. The provider is obliged to provide all the safety possible against any acquisition, misuse or use of these data by any third party. PRAGUE-STORE.COM reserves the right to verify whether the information provided by the user is correct and complete. Any other regulations concerning the personal information safeguarding act, no. 101/2000 Col. are not violated.
Customer sending the order is considered to have read and agreed with the PRAGUE-STORE.COM delivery terms and conditions.
