- We do not accept returns of items under $10 USD, unless they are faulty/damaged.
- You cannot cancel an order for items within 1-6 days of shipping period, once we have accepted your payment and confirmed your order, unless this is agreed in writing by Prague-Store.com via e-mail and with our agent.
- It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery.
- If faulty goods are to be returned to us must be in their original packaging together with all accessories. You must repackage the item in its original box with your receipt. You must ship your item prepaid. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrives damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- You will receive a full refund if an order has not been authorised by the person who's name is shown on the credit or debit card by e-mail and after personal contact from Prague-Store.com Customer Service.
