PAYMENT

At Prague-Store.com we accept diiferent ways of payment:

•  PayPal system (http://www.paypal.com/) as a main payment method, which is convenient, easy-to-use, and 100% secure way of online shopping. Payments via PayPal can be processed using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (except the American Express Corporate Card). PayPal is one of the most widely-used methods of sending and receiving money internationally. Many people choose to become a PayPal member (it's free to join), in which case PayPal keeps a record of your credit card details and you can then pay anyone who accepts PayPal. Prague-Store.com has a verified merchant account with PayPal.
• bank transfer (from sum of $500) onto our bank account, in advance
• cash on delivery (only in Czech Republic) – payment is also available in cash directly on place of delivery
• by INVOICE – payment by invoice is only available for a long term contractual customers or after a telephonic conversation. Bank transfer follows after sending the invoice – tax document.

SHIPPING

We use Registered Priority, Non-Priority and Express Mail for delivery.

Standard delivery time for Priority Mail is:

• USA, Australia and Asia - about 10 business days
• UK and European countries - about 5 business days
• Czech Republic - up to 2 business days

Delivery time for Non-Priority Mail:

• USA, Australia and Asia - about 25 business days
• UK and European countries - about 14 business days
• Czech Republic - up to 5 business days

Delivery time for Express Mail:

• USA, Australia and Asia - about 5-7 business days
• UK and European countries - about 3-4 business days
• Czech Republic - up to 1 business day

Total time from making purchase up to receiving of your order is: shipping period + delivery time. For example, you can see at product detail page the shipping period od 7 days and your order should be delivered by Priority Mail to USA (10 days). So the total time from making purchase up to receiving of your order will be 17 (7+10) business days .
